About The Development
76 Multi-utility residential connections and 8 Dual fuel commercial connections.
The Objective
The developer proposed a medium scale development for 76 multi-utility residential plots on a green belt classed location in Hayling Island, Portsmouth. The development consisted of 4 bedroom homes which are less than half a mile away from the beach including 23 affordable homes. Hayling Island is in high demand for new housing so timescale was important for this developer. We made sure that all the work we undertook was timely. Due to being in a suburban area, we made sure that we were mindful of the surrounding community as they would become the potential occupants of the properities.
The Outcome
We successfully installed 76 multi-utility residential plots for the developer on this Hayling Island site. Our teams were able to view and record live data including photographic evidence and provide timely support thanks to our very own management system, Boris which has functional compatibility over both Android and Windows platforms. This allowed project managers to supervise whilst offsite and maintain communication with their teams to make decisions which could only be made with evidence such as site images.
